Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?+

Walk-ins are welcome every day from 9 AM to 9 PM, but booking ahead means less waiting for you and less stress for your pet. For emergencies, call first so we can prepare before you arrive.

Do you really treat birds and exotic pets?+

Yes — parrots, conures, rabbits, guinea pigs, reptiles and more. Exotic care is one of our specialties, and pet parents travel across Dubai for it.

What should I bring to a first visit?+

Any previous medical records or vaccine cards, your pet's usual food details, and a list of questions. Cats and small pets travel best in a secure carrier.

What happens in an emergency at 3 AM?+

Call 04 447 5307. Our emergency line is answered 24/7, every day of the year — we'll guide you through first steps and get a vet ready for your arrival.

How do wellness plans work?+

You pay a simple monthly fee that covers your pet's preventive care — exams, vaccines, dental hygiene and nutrition advice — at a lower total cost than paying per visit. Plans exist for puppies, kittens, dogs and cats.
